THE THIRD DAY OF EID 1432H

PUAN MASLINDA'S FAMILY

Puan Maslinda is my friend/coursemate from UPM. She is from KL but this Eid she went to visit her relatives in Singapore with her family members. So on her way back to KL, she dropped by my house. The last time she came to my house would be like more ten years ago and at that time, she was staying and teaching here.

Thanks for the cookies Moi :)

EN. ISMAIL'S FAMILY

En. Ismail and his family members are the regular visitors during Hari Raya. Four of his children are my ex-students i.e. Harith, Hasif, Nazihah and Nadhirah. They were also coming out from Singapore heading home and stopped by for the Eid reunion.

EN. NIZAM'S FAMILY

Another students' family who has become family friends who frequently come for visit not only for Hari Raya, but also on regular days when Aliff or Ariff are on holidays. Nevertheless, the visit for Hari Raya is something not to be missed.

ENCIK MAZLAN'S FAMILY

A few students now come visiting with family and this happens when you teach at the same school for a long time. You will see the strings of siblings entering the school and after that you get to know their parents. The three people namely Sharmin, Sharudin and Sharina are my ex-students who came with the parents. And Sharmin was with his wife and daughter.

EX-STUDENTS FROM SPM BATCH 2010

When I thought the visit from students had ended for the day, another group from SPM batch 2010 arrived at 9:30 p.m. The people in the group were Hanif and Hanif (yes, there are two Hanifs), Rashid, Azeze, Afiq, Azroy and Arif. They are now studying at various levels such as matriculation or diploma courses at different places. So Hari Raya was one of the moments when people get reunited.

All in all, my speculation of seeing more people who come visiting was no longer a speculation. Actually there were other guests who were included here and the last group left my house at about 11:00 p.m. Hari Raya is a joyous event where you get to meet people who have disappeared for for at least a year in your life. Will I get to meet more people tomorrow?
