LIM: I think it should be Loyalty to the King. The King might refer to either the Yang Dipertuan Agung or the King of the state that you live in. However, it should be ok to use the plural form "Kings", if u are looking at it from a different perspective.
I can spot two errors.

ReplyDeleteThe rule of law sounds weird too. Assuming "Daulat Tuanku" but I can't think of any right way to put it.
