KAMPONG GLAM PALACE A.K.A MALAY HERITAGE CENTRE

6th AUGUST 2016 ~ Right beside the mosque complex stood the Kampong Glam Palace, which is known as Malay Heritage Centre and the building has been converted into a museum. This should be some sort of commemoration of this place which was once occupied by the Malay community which has now become a minority in Singapore. [Entrance fee: SG$4]

This is a small museum with a small collection of items which were existence many years ago - a mixture of Malay traditional items as well as more modern inventions.

When I was younger, I regularly used the typewriter before computer was accessible but it is now already a museum exhibit. Am I growing old too fast? *sigh*
